Know what to expect during your drug testing experience.

Aspenti HealthTM combines compassionate treatment with state-of-the-art technology to provide the life-changing services that empower our patients and drive the best possible care. Below you will find information to help you prepare for your first urine drug test visit.

If you have been referred to us by a medical professional, please ensure that your medical provider has authorized this testing. Your medical provider will authorize the specific testing needed by providing a TPP (Treatment Plan Profile) to our team. In order to serve you, we will need to have received the TPP from your provider prior to your visit.

Please be sure to bring your insurance card and photo identification to your visit. If you do not have insurance, you may qualify for our FAIR (Financial Affordability in Recovery) Program. Applications are available on our website and at all of our Patient Service Centers. In order to expedite your visit, please feel free to fill out the application prior to your visit.

Aspenti’s accessible walk-in Patient Service Centers make obtaining urine drug screenings easier and more convenient. Click here to learn more about center hours and locations.

For more information, please view our Patient FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) page.

Once your specimen has reached our lab, results for screens (both positive and negative results) are typically available within 24 hours. Results for confirmation testing, a more advanced test able to determine the quantity of each drug present, are available within 3-5 days.

Results are available through your medical provider, one of our Patient Service Centers, or directly through Aspenti Health.

Please note, in order to ensure the confidentiality of our patients, we will require proof of identity prior to the release of information. Once identity is confirmed, results will be provided by email, fax, mail or via a paper copy from your Client Care Assistant. For privacy reasons, Aspenti Health is unable to provide or discuss test results over the phone.

Some providers and agencies require a waiting period before results can be released. Please check with the medical provider or agency that authorized your testing for a more accurate estimate of when your results will be made available.

Simply provide us with a copy of your insurance card and photo identification at the time of testing and we will bill your insurance. You will receive a bill indicating your patient responsibility (if any) once the amount has been determined by your insurance company. Should you find yourself unable to pay the balance, our Billing Team will work with you to find a payment plan that works for you. Depending on your income level, you may qualify for our FAIR Program. Click here to learn more and download an application for our FAIR Program.
